All Veterans and active duty service members are invited to a special day in Medora with their families as we honor their service to our Country.
The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) will be hosting a series of special events in Medora Sunday, July 10 to honor our nation’s veterans. The annual Veterans Day Celebration salutes those who have served in the United States military.
The ceremonies will culminate with a flyover by three WWII fighter aircraft: a P-51 Mustang named “Boomer,” piloted by Fargo-based Toby McPherson, as well as a P-40 Warhawk and Navy Corsair (images below) from the world-famous Texas Flying Legends museum. Both McPherson and the Texas Flying Legends are active in supporting veterans across the nation.
