This season, we are celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Medora Musical. To honor and preserve this momentous occasion, we created a book, chronicling the first half century of the Medora Musical.

Former Burning Hills Singers and Musical Stage Crew members reunite in Medora, to celebrate the 50th Anniversary Season of the Medora Musical! The weekend will be highlighted by free concerts around town, an on-stage gathering during Saturday night’s Medora Musical, and a brunch meet and greet that offers the public the opportunity to mingle with cast and crew from the first half century of the Medora Musical. Quick! When does the 50th Anniversary Season of the Medora Musical start? Many of you would say June 5 – and you’d be right. But ask Erica Zaffarano, the Medora Musical Set Designer, and she’ll give you a much earlier date.
“We start consulting with the Foundation in the first week of January. Once we get on site, roughly by the end of May, we usually stay till three or four days after opening night of the Musical.”

For many of you, this will be your first round of the year. So we’ve decided to help you prepare. Below Dr. Michael Hurzdan, the designer of Bully Pulpit Golf Course, gets you ready for your round by letting you into his head — as he describes what went into the designing of Bully Pulpit’s front nine.
You can use this information to help you shoot your best score on Bully Pulpit. By taking advantage of the front nine’s easy par threes, and the reachable par 5 fourth, you set yourself up for a great round — but be prepared, because once you make the turn and head up into the Badlands, the golf gets very, very interesting.
