      Dear Kim,
We’re sorry to inform you but per Kat’s management’s ticket policy we do not offer refunds. Since the Sept 7 show is basically a sell-out, please consider gifting your tickets to family or friends who could come to the concert. They will love it. If you prefer to sell you ticket you are allowed to do that – you are holding a valuable ticket, as we don’t have any more to sell! We know of several people who were able to quickly re-sell their tickets.
