Hey ya’ll! We just announced the Medora Musical cast today! So we thought we’d give you a behind the scenes look at what goes into making “The Greatest Show in the West”! Read on to see some great photo’s.
Rehearsal days start with lots of smiles…
…and large coffees!
Then costume fittings — plus hair of course.
Then comes the dreaded — neckerchief lessons!
Even the newbies have to learn the neckerchief ropes.
Wait, how do these things tie, anyway?
Just ask Candice!
See!
Told you! Just ask Candice!
It takes weeks of practice to nail down the choreography of the Medora Musical — no moment is too short for practice!
There’s always a little joking around between Medora Musical Producer/Director, Curt Wollan, and “Queen of the West” Emily Walter.
I’m not sure if Johnny Cash would agree that “Blue is the new Black…”
Hmmm, how did she tie this thing?
I think I’ll try to tie Lars’ neckerchief…
Kevin stretches his cheek muscles — smile big! 🙂
Chet Wollan cheeses it up.
Our three North Dakota cast members: Misti Koop, Damon Fichter, and Delainie Wiedrich
Then it’s time for the photo shoot!
Back row, from left: Carolyn, Delanie, John, Lars, Abby, Candice, Kevin, Kimberly.
Front row: Gerry, Damon, “Queen of the West” Emily, Chet, Misiti.
Not pictured: “Wild West Prestidigitator” Bill Sorensen.
… and rehearsal days usually end like this: tired!
